Reception

Our re­cep­tion is open daily from 8:00 to 22:30. If you need in­form­a­tion and in­form­a­tion we are al­ways happy to help you. You can reach us at the re­cep­tion at ☎ 512 or 514.


Internet

You will re­ceive your free WLAN code at the re­cep­tion.

When you open the In­ter­net Ex­plorer, the mask "User­name/­Pass­word" ap­pears auto­mat­ic­ally.

Enter the user­name and pass­word as prin­ted on the re­ceipt and off you go for fun! Five devices can enter the net­work per ac­cess code. The code is val­id for 7 days.

WLAN is avail­able in all pub­lic areas ex­cept in the Spa & Sauna World.


Tiled stove in room

Tiled stove: If you set the tiled stove switch to "On", the stove is auto­mat­ic­ally heated from 14:00 to 20:00. The stored heat is then re­leased un­til late in the even­ing.


Smoking

The hotel is com­pletely smoke-­free! You can smoke on our hotel ter­race and on your bal­con­y.


Room safe

All rooms have a safe, which is in­sured up to EUR 2,180.00. It is pos­sible to de­pos­it high­er val­ues in a safe box in the of­fice.
